    I recently bought a BB passport sleeve with the magnet to lock the display when closed, however when I open the sleeve, Blackberry assistant starts for no reason.

    Has anyone else experienced the same issue ? Is there a way to prevent that ?

    I'm guessing the mute button is being pressed by accident. Happens to mine all the time.
