    my blackberry 9810 has been working correctly for years. Starting yesterday during the day (with no changes made), it refuses to send email (send attempt fails, red x appears). Spoke to ATT. At their suggestion reinstalled gmail account. Phone is also connected to Exchange, and emails sent from Exchange account on my PC show up as sent on Blackberry, so I am obviously connected somehow. I'm out of ideas. By the way, when I go to Blackberry website to reaffirm my password, it won't let me in using the information reset successfully on my phone.
