    my bb is showing 507 error so after searching i installed bbsak bb deskto soft ware and os for bb bold 9900 but the os is not loading and my laptop is giving error 'refer the version,to the publisher' tell me what to do?

    Can you download and install the Desktop Manager software to your PC? Download the OS and remove the vendor.html file. Then double click the loader.exe. (All this is done with your phone connected to your PC via USB cable) you should get a new OS loaded onto your phone....
