We load exchange activesync, it works fine for a few days. Then it will get stuck in syncing mode and at that point we have to reload it. then it just happens all over again. does anyone know how to fix this?

There does seem to be some issues with the HUB update, that some are having.... seems to be working fine for me.
Downgrading might be the best option, if you can find an older version.... Cobalt use to have them in his archive, not sure if he does anymore.
You could try deleting the app and reinstalling it, the recreating the accounts.
Or your could try Resetting your phone back to Factory setting and then try adding the accounts.
