My Blackberry Classic will pair with the Bluetooth in my Audi Q7 and I can make outgoing calls. The problem is that I cannot hear the phone dialing and connecting and, more importantly, I cannot hear people speaking to me - however, they can hear me. I did not have this problem with my Bold 9900 and I do not have it with my iPhone 6. Does anyone know how to fix this?
Check to make sure that your calling screen indicates 'Audio' in the top left button. If it is saying Handset, or possibly Speaker, your Bluetooth isn't being used even though it's paired.
I'm using my Z10 right now instead of my Passport (Passport call screen would look identical to your Classic), but you can see the button I'm talking about:
Hi, I just got the new BB Classic and I paired it with my BMW.
I got exactly the same problem. I can't hear dialing or the other side, but they can hear me.
It says "Audio" when in call but still doesn't work.

I tried it on a BMW, it doesn't work.
I have a BB Passport that works perfectly in the same car, it's just the BB Classic that fails.
First thing is first, passport and classic are running different software versions.
You should check on audis website if it's compatible with the newer software of the classic
It might still work even if it isn't but it helps to check.
Second things, try messing with the bluetooth settings on the phone.
And finally, if you have some time to kill, try to reload the device OS using BlackBerry link. Make sure to backup beforehand
Before restoring the backup, try it again.
Then you'll know if it's truly a problem with the newer software version on the classic, or just a persistent bug
