    Every time I click the download key it says that a error occurred processing your request, and it has nothing to do with the connection.

    It would help if you listed your phone and OS version.

    It could come down to several factors, one of which is whether or not you've set up a method of payment in your BlackBerry ID. This could be a registered credit card, PayPal or sometimes your carrier may accept billing and forward it on to you. Secondly, it could be you're trying to download apps that aren't compatible with your device and/or operating system, this is quite common if you're ordering from your desktop browser, I just did this myself.

    What ever the reason, please tell us what device, OS you're using and what apps you're trying to download so someone might be able to help.
