    I updated my Blackberry Z10 to the new OS 10.3.2.2474, and when i try to open blackberry protect it says that blackberry protect is unavailable.

    have you looked in the thread for the OS to see if others are having the same issue? you could really research this over there.

    Works for me. In fact I just used it this morning to find my phone.

    I hate to oversimplify, but did you do a hard reset?
