    when i start blackberry link at my laptop it is stop working . so i purchased for legal windows and i cannot install anther OS . please advice ???

    BlackBerry Link is not officially compatible with Windows 10. You might, however, wish to try running it it admin mode as some folks have reported that helps.

    Mine works perfectly. But I seem to remember setting it to run in compatibility mode for win7

    BlackBerry Link is our of date, not being updated, and is no longer compatible with most updated Windows PCs.

    There are now better ways to sync and backup your phone.
