Yeah, I think you need to reload your OS. I can see mine just fine.

Have you tried any other wifi? I had dns issues with mine, until I changed my dns to google's and is fine now it seems.

What do you mean by reload? Restart phone? And what is dns and how do I change it. Plus how do u know if u r using wifi or cellular phone .... this is funny while I am typing this I went to make a screenshot and suddenly it works. I see bars and it shows me that I am using wifi. I think the connection want good or something and that's why it wouldn't show me. Anyway thank you all for the help. Rock on

Same here. After reboot it shows, but if you wander around and come back all strenghts are grayed out and it is not clear if passport is using wifi or not. (it is, because i can do this with phone connection switched of)

When connected to wi-fi. Go to wi-fi settings and click advanced to see connection information such as signal strength in dBm. If you are connected to wi-fi you will have wi-fi bars at the top right next to cellular bars. If there are no bars or they are grayed out then you may be using mobile data and are not connected to wifi. I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for, but it's what I can offer.

Edit: if you are using leak OS it may be causing issues for you.
