    I'm trying to diagnose a problem on my BB Classic and want to backup my phone data first. However, when I load Link, I get the startup screen followed by the Windows error message, "Blackbery Link has stopped working." I have un-installed it through the Control Panel, downloaded the newest version available from blackberry.com, with the same result. I have used the program before with no issues and have made no major changes to my PC. Anyone's help would be greatly appreciated.
