    I have Q10 and keep it in a book-like case. I've had it for years. All of a sudden it is going to Silent automatically and I don't know how to fix it.

    Hello have you installed recently any apps that modify - have permissions to change sound notifications?
    Also make sure your volume button is not stuck at the bottom re volume down.
