    Hi, really need help to solve a problem for my BlackBerry Q10, 10 bw photo appeared my picture album daily. Already installed AV from BlackBerry world but can't help. Many thanks for help! Eric

    What kind of photos are they? BB10 doesn't actually have actual viruses to be able to infect the device itself. It could be pictures from a App your using on the Android player.

    It's happened few weeks before, after rec'd a whatsapp voice mail from friend, it's not a kind of real picture, just BW including a ET icon, football, a puzzle, global, bear paw....
    Btw I already reload and bought a new sd card, but still happenedWhy do I have strange photos appearing in my picture album?-image.jpg

    Sounds like a app is actually creating them as assets.. what app on your phone uses these icons?
