    Hi i just recieved a replacement q10 and put in my old sim card and turned on the phone and ive got a funny sim card sign, with a revolving circle underneath for ages already?? Any advice???

    are you sure that's a sim card sign and not a wipe the device sign?
    Take out the sim and try again?

    Yeah that sounds like the device wipe sign,.. nothing you can do to interrupt it. If you turn it off it will just restart when you power it back on. Just plug it in and let it finish.
