    After software update, keep getting missing plugin message when trying to play videos.

    Likely the videos are Flash based. BlackBerry has made the decision to drop Flash support with 10.3.1. You can either install a secondary browser that supports Flash or see if there is an HTML5 version of the site you are trying to use.
