my blackberry z10 is not getting started . i shows a infinite loading screen . please help me out of this problem

Did you try pulling the battery for about 2/3 minutes and reinstall the battery and restart?

Y'know, if I didn't know better, I'd be getting paranoid.

My Z10 has just started doing exactly the same thing yesterday. After years of straight service, the day they release the Classic, it turned itself off and is now in a constant loop of reboots. Most of the time it gets to about 13% of boot, whizzes through the rest, then goes back to the blackberry logo and turns off. Sometimes, it manages to boot, loads everything up and after a few seconds asks if I'm sure I want to turn it off and no matter what I do, it kills itself.

I was running a leaked 10.3 OS and in my search for answers, had a theory that maybe it was somehow blocking itself so did a full secure wipe and reinstalled 10.2. No luck. One dead Z10.

Anyone got any ideas (apart from telling me to take my tinfoil hat off)?

I've tried charging over night, tried pulling the battery and leaving phone on charge (as was suggested on the board somewhere). No luck from anything.

mine luck is not working too. i did the same charging thing for the whole night and now i am trying for software reload and it is also not responding . and from yesterday my phone has not been switched on after many tries....
