[CrackBerry Question]

couple of days ago, i saw my bb world app was not working and it was asking me to verify my bb id. i entered my username and password correctly but it was not verifying at all. then i tried to wipe up my device, and the same problem occurred. i couldn't wipe up my device through phone. so i decided to wipe up my device through blackberry link reset factory. and then i clicked on reset factory to wipe up my device, initially my phone started to wipe up, but as it reached to 25% suddenly something called "www.bberror.com/bb10-0015" appeared on the screen. every time my phone stuck in between of this during wiping up..
pls anyone help me to solve this problem, i am not able to use my phone at all. my phone is like peel of banana in my hand right now... pls help me ...
