why do I get sim services options when I turn it on

Question ... each morning when I turn on the phone ... I get a massage with three options ... not sure what to do or pick ..

I think, I tried each option, and it still come up.. it's not a show stopper but i just wondered if you knew what I should do.

Sim Services (with a pic of a sim card and under it three options)

phone number
special numbers
self serve
ok
cancel

I'm not sure what to do ... anyway, if you don't know, no problem .. it's still working fine I just wanna be ale to get rid of this prompt
