Why do I get an error message when I try to creating a Playlist on my Z3?

I am not able to finish setup creating playlist in stock music app each time it bum to"Error Creating Playlist"
I m on 10.3.1

are you still unable to save a playlist on your phone?

I don't know abou tthe OP but I am having problems creating playlists. When I try to name the playlist it comes back with the same message the OP has. Tks for responding.

What model phones do you both have? I have a Z30 and I am going to try creating a Playlist on my phone now to see if I have the same issue.
