    Have a blackberry 9220 curve. I can't sent or receive emails. message status reads: service blocked> please help

    Has this been happening long?
    Did it work before on this device?
    Were any changes to the service made recently?
    Any changes to hardware before the issue started?
    Do you have a BIS data plan active on the service?

    What did your carrier say the issue was?
