    my blackberry z10 suddenly fails to open all apps, even no incoming cals are displayed.Help me out plz

    Why... don't know, did you install an update? new app? drop your phone?


    Have you rebooted?
    Remove you SD Card and then reboot - test and see if any difference.

    Backup your phone, and then do a security wipe - test and see if any difference, if so you can try a restore.

    Reinstall the OS would be the option of last resort - or what I'd do first using the latest leak for today.
