Recently I lost my Z30 and replaced it with another one. I went through the restore process from my most recent backup. Most everything was restored, however when I looked for my media files - photos, videos, and music there were only a few files. None of tne originally stored files on the SD card seem to have been restored. Even after instructing BB Link to restore only the Media Files, I sill do not have any of my original files. Have I lost it all? Is there no way to restore those files?

I am running Version 10.2.1.3062 and BB Link is current version.

I'm actually in the restore process so I cannot check at the moment but I believe when backing up you have to select media card too... if you do not it won't backup. What about sync? did you sync your media files to your computer? If so should be in your document folder
