Why didn't my Facebook contacts transfer over to my new PRIV with the Content Transfer app?

I also tried syncing with the Sync.Me app but still don't have my Facebook contacts loaded. What am I missing?? Frustrating...

Set up Contact Synching in the Facebook app.
