    All email is showing it is not connected. When I tried to delete and re add the email it said Your device is not connected to a network. Connect to a network and try again.

    When I checked under networks it shows connected to Verizon Wireless. Texts and phone calls are working.

    Because the email application on your phone is giving you a false, not connected.

    Do a reboot
    Or do an OS reload

    Have you rebooted?

    Is it just that one email account and it's network? All other apps and features can connect to the the internet and their respective "networks"?

    If just that one email account.... delete it and then recreate it. If that doesn't work, check to see it is in fact up and running.

    I have powered the phone down with no luck

    I have deleted the email and re-added it with no luck.

    Data is turned on

    Did you power down by holding the volume up and down buttons until reboot?

    I used the power button on top until it fully powered down. (Blackberry Z30)
