Wifi direct is widi I thought - meant for streaming video.
To copy files over wifi, you need to go into storage settings and enable wifi sharing. Then when your phone is on the same network as your PC:
In Settings - About - Network get your IP address, 192.168.1.180 or something
On your PC open Explorer and in the location bar enter \\192.168.1.xxx whatever the IP is with two slashes.
It will likely ask for a username password it is
Username: blackberry
Password: (password you set in Settings - About - Network)
Once in a bluemoon the device locks up wifi sharing and you'll need to reboot and reenable.
