    It shows the old icon in Link, but doesn't go there now. Sets up a "New Classic" device which it then can't prepare. Things were fine before the upgrade....

    Lot's of things factor into how well LINK works....

    If you are using a supported version of Windows? (Windows 10 isn't.... but it did work)
    Type of USB ports (stay away from USB 3 ports)
    Other software packages (malware, virus, firewall)

    I'm not really sure when LINK stopped working for me..... Recently installed a new Beta of Windows 10, but also got a 10.3.3 update from Verizon. Tried reinstalling LINK and Drivers, disabling things... few other options that have been suggested. LINK just doesn't see my phone now. But I don't really use my Z10 anymore.....
