Why can't I verify my blackberry ID email address?
I recently bought a Blackberry Q10 and am running it on WiFi. I was able to set up my email accounts and - so I thought - my Blackberry ID. Then I received an email from DoNotReply at BB asking me to confirm my email address. I clicked on the link and read that the link is not valid. I went into setup >BB-ID and clicked on "confirm email address". (I live in Germany - don't know whether "confirm" or "verify" is what the English text says). BB-ID informed me that I would receive an email which I should confirm. I attempted this process ten or twelve times. An email from "DoNotReply" at BB arrived each time - after a longer delay. My attempts to verify always led me to a page that indicated that the link is not valid. Does anyone have an idea how I can finally finish the verification. It is i m p o s s i b l e to reach anyone at Blackberry itself. Customer support is abysmal.
