    So i have a blackberry z10 and just updated to the new 10.3. And i can't text. Everything else works fine (eg, bbm, twitter) but just texts dont send, i can't open a conversation with anyone, things like that. Please help. I have no idea what to do and am going to change phones if this continues....

    Try a hard reset, hold your volume up and down buttons in until you see the loading circle, and if it's a stl100-1 use the power button.

    I am having the same problem as the OP, your suggestion works, but only for about five minutes and the texting issue resumes.
