When I try to remotely access my files from the Q10 device no files are shown. It is all setup fine, files have been selected on BB Link. Why can't I see my files?

You need to provide more information. Which phone do you have? OS version? Is your computer a Windows or Mac machine? What version? Are you trying to access files when you're on the same Wi-Fi as your computer or away using cellular? Do you have a firewall? What version of BlackBerry Link do you have installed?
