I attempted to do a security wipe on my Q5 and after a few minutes I got an error message www.bberror.com/bb10-0020. I then tried to reload OS using Blackberry Link and after a few minutes I get a similar message. I have made several attempts and each time I get the error message but with different digits at the end e.g. www.bberror.com/bb10-0021, www.bberror.com/bb10-0015.
