when i recieve texts it says i hav to download them, when i click download it says 'Message Expired or Not Avaliable' and when i send texts it shows a red X and says 'General problems' in red, and for some texts it will say 'Network out of Order'?
i cant remove battery as it says only authorised persons may do it. i have restarted the phone many times.
