    Hey guys, I was having issues getting emails through my hub recently. It is a hotmail outlook account. I think it is something to do with them switching their layout to a 'focused inbox'. Anyway, I figured I would delete the account from my hub and re-add it and hopefully it would work. Now when I go to re-add the email address, I get an error message 'An error occured during your account setup. Details - The server is busy and your account can't be activated. Please try again later.' I've been trying since yesterday.. Any ideas?

    Have you allowed POP3/iMAP on your actual hotmail (Outlook) account itself? You may want to re-check the setting.

    I heard that hotmail has been having some issues lately, so it might not be the Priv (or BB). My brother was saying that he was having to manually enter his log-in info each time he wanted to check his hotmail account on his Samsung. Then they were having a hard time setting up my dad's hotmail account on the dtek50 when I got it for him.

    Yes, on my outlook settings I have POP and IMAP enabled.

    I am also experiencing many issues with my outlook / hotmail accounts lately. I tried deleting it today and when I tried to setup again through the blackberry hub , I get the exact same error as you. I believe the issue has something to do with the way these accounts are verified by blackberry, this is because i don't have an issue setting up the account through the Outlook app itself, just completed that process.

    I'm running the Samsung Edge 7 with the Blackberry Hub for all my emails since they released it. This is the first time I've had these issues. I would also like to say I've had to delete and setup a number of hotmail / outlook email accounts from desktop outlook programs over the past week as Microsoft updates accounts.

    Alright, good to know that its not just me. I guess we will have to wait and hopefully they will iron out the problems shortly.

    My mom's priv is doing the same thing. Just started all of a sudden. Mine is not doing it. I wasn't able to get herd reloaded. Got the outlook appfor her for now until it gets figured out

    More info: While we're focused on remediation, users may be able to access the service by logging in to their Outlook.com accounts with a web browser as an alternative method.

    Current status: We've completed the fix and are deploying it throughout the affected environment. While the fix is being deployed, some users may begin to access and synchronize their Outlook.com accounts while using applications or mobile devices.

    My outlook/hotmail account is fixed on Passport, Priv and Mozilla Thunderbird.

    I can download, synchronize all my e-mail messages again. It was worth to wait (It took 4 days for completion) during the migration of Microsoft.
