Why can't I proceed with the download of Asphalt 8 even after downloading SNAP?

Sir I downloaded SNAP in view that it will work as native google play account and after the initial download of ashphal 8:airborne the download will not end saying that you are not signed in to your google play account.Kindly try again.How to overcome this problem?

Ok, maybe try deleting Snap, reinstall it and sign back in.?

Same thing for me. No google play services
