As I try to open Settings, (or WiFi or Brightness or Bluetooth or anything from the dropscreen when dragging screen from the top) the phone initiates to open the selected function, but a black blank screen is all that happenes. I've waited for more than 30 min for anything to happen, but screen stays blank. please help!
