why cant i log in to my ice mobile account on my bbry leap ? when i enter my id and password, there's a message saying : logon failure orderservermobile

is ice mobile an email account? check to see you have the correct username, password and server addresses in your account

it's an instant messenger app

and i REALLY need this app to work on my blackberry leap cause it's for my job. All my customers use Ice instant messenger so i have no choice.
My boss tells me that i should change to Iphone but i dont want to !

How about asking the people who make the messenger ? Surely that's the first stop, the error even looks like it's their end

So has it just stopped working or is this your first try?
I've never even heard of it, so it's probably an incompatibility with the Runtime.

Also, installing is copying files from a package.. Nothing to do with the code the App uses

i work in a market industry where the only mean of communication is ice messenger
there's a ice mobile application on blackberry world. can download and install but cant open it.
my collegues on iphones and samsung have the same application and it works

Ah, I see; I'm not sure but it's normally a failure to connect to the Internet/ that address, first try see if you can open the page in the screenshot (dialog)

Also do your other Android apps have Internet connections?

Well, I can't resolve the DNS Address for that url,

The version on BBW compared to the version on Google Play seems old (1.41) vs 4.2.1.2 on Play store, I recommend getting hold of a newer apk it seems they changed something
