Why cannot I get my playbook to charge. Battery was completely drained. At the moment it is plugged into a power source, but it is doing absolutely nothing. Suggestions please. I have never had this problem s if anyone has any ideas that would be great?
It a known issue and a pita!
Charge for a few seconds, then stop a few seconds. Repeat many times (perhaps 20-30) until the device starts charging.
There can be a number of problems. Cable is bad? Port is bad? Or the pb is dead?
