I have come to terms with 5 minutes syncs interval of BB10.3's "Slowness" on both Mail, Calendar and Contacts, among other things. I don't have issues if I am out of office etc. If I am in front of computer, then I deal with these productivity apps direct.

But I can't seem to get the google calendar sync up to date. I added/modified appointments via browsers, iPhone, etc. BB10.3 doesn't reflect the changes made unless they are made on the device, even after 5 minutes or even a day. I have been deleting and adding back the accounts at least once a day.

Any resolutions, I don't want to switch to other apps as Google Business Account is my primary productivity suite.

You shouldn't have any slowness on syncing - did you set up your gmail acct via pop3 or imap because you should've done it imap

imap, which is the default setting I believe. There are a list on appointments I changed yesterday on the browser to next week, and they are still displayed as yesterday in Passport. Hitting refresh doesn't help at all. I stumble.

I don't use google calendar but even with imap I get my email instantly - most times before the desktop.

I use outlook for my calendar and it updates instantly as well no matter if I'm adding via phone or desktop.
