    I received a tablet with already a blackberry Id. I wanted to put the tablet back to factory settings to entre my own Id and I lost all datas on it most especially the applications and icons. I can only navigate on the net. Please please help me out. I have not save it on my Pc.
    Can some please help me out????

    Well if the applications and icons are not apps that you purchased for the PB then of course they would be gone. You need to start loading up some apps on the PB or buying some from BBW to add to it. I'm not sure I know what the issue is....
