    Whenever I restart my device it comes back on and then hangs when it reaches 99%. Have left it powered up for over 36 hours and still no progress. Problem is if I re-boot then it starts again and I am in the same position. Now tried this 3 times.

    maybe you should try to install the update yourself with an autoloader? Would you consider doing that? There are files available for this.
