Because the developer/Amazon revoked access.
It's still there for the Z10 & Z30, I see it in my Amazon cloud. Maybe it's locked out for the Passport? Anyone else seeing this?
Yeah, why?? The game runs so nice on my Z30, but I can't update it.. Thanks Amazon/Ustwo!
Cloud doesn't matter. It doesn't show in search any longer. Much like a lot of other apps. If you downloaded it before they 'hid' it, it should always show but alas, new folks looking to download it will never find it.
And now what? I don't have a single android device where to use the app... Any suggestions? Or should I kiss goodbye my 5 bucks?
Contact Amazon, they will refund for you.
Look under 'My Apps' and 'Cloud', it should still be listed there.
Since the OP bought the app via their PC and assuming they bought the app after it was 'hidden', should it still show on their device under Cloud?
That's too bad. My kids really enjoyed playing monuments valley on my passport. Worked fine.
Have to wonder what's behind all these apps being hidden. I can't imagine they received any support requests for monument valley, so there must be some other reason...
Perhaps the developers now have to list supported devices... any not specified don't see the app? does anyone here have any of their apps in the Amazon store that could comment?
Seems like a recent change.
BlackBerry should ask that pp be listed as "unknown" again so we'd have access to all the apps.
