Man I don't know where to go from there. Hold off entering codes for right now until someone more knowledgeable than me replies, or contact BlackBerry directly

Why do you need the MEP code if you are already given the unlock code? Or does the unlock code NOT work when entered?

This is the result of my utility generated code.

    IMEI: 355465-04-475918-7
    MEP Codes:
    MEP: MEP-06814-005
    MEP1 (SIM): 0824802199331254
    MEP2 (Network): 5000787338973535
    MEP3 (Network Subset): 5575776141237565
    MEP4 (Service Provider: 7855567663716969
    MEP5 (Corporate): 2066181650028544

What is the carrier that the network the device is currently locked to. Rogers, UK Vodafone, just the carrier name, and can you see a PRD number under the battery by chance?

    Vodafone UK.

OP, the code that you were provided, the one with the letters, was to get you into the eScreen so you could get the MEP code from the Device Info option.

I followed the page here, How To Get Your BlackBerry MEP Code - Global Unlock Blog | Global Unlock Blog , and was able to get my MEP Code from there. This MEP code is still NOT your unlock code though.
