Why can't I download Google Play apps?

Hi

I think I'm going crazy I'm used to an android handset but recently got a z10 so, sound the posts instruction.on downloading snap to get the apps but they just seem to be the shell when I access the app there is.no.music I can't download, no books I can't download and chrome browser doesn't brows where have I got wrong???? Help

You cant get the google apps to work like they do on android. They need Google Play services which BB doesnt have. The best you can do is try this work around
