Why can't I copy a whole text conversation with participant identification?

I spent over 4 hours trying to get my PRIV text app to let me copy or print the history of a text conversation. It is total garbage that Blackberry or Android doesn't have a texting app that lets you do this. It should let you "select all," copy or print just like an email or document without having to download MORE apps that don't work and waste valuable time.

I need to be able to print conversations between me and my tenants for court, etc.
