    after the os update to 10.3, i decided to backup my phone but i get the message that the backup cannot be completed if the phone is just connected via wifi. my phone is charging, i can access the mass storage.. but the bb link cannot recognize that it is connected via usb.

    tried to turn off the wifi of my phone, the link status became disconnected.

    has any of you experienced the same? how can i backup my phone?

    yeah! My z10 running 10.3.1 cannot connect to my mac running mac os x 10.6.8 and Link 1.1.1

    As soon as I connect my phone a window pops up in BlackBerry screen asking for the driver to be installed on my mac (which is I guess BlackBerry Link 1.2) that cannot be installed in my mac since I don't run Osx 10.7

    **** this!

    If you have BlackBerry device manager installed it works perfectly fine

    you mean installed on pc or mac or both? Because I have blackberry desktop manager installed on Mac together with Link and it does not work still getting that pop up window in my z10...

     does it better!

    If you close BlackBerry Link and openly BlackBerry device manager then your flash drive and SD card will appear on My Computer in Windows... I don't know about mac

    UPDATE: I managed to connect to BlackBerry Link by wiping and re-installing the Os.
    Perhaps some files got corrupted during the 10.3.1 upgrade process.

     does it better!
