    It keeps saying make sure email and password are entered correctly. Is this a problem with blackberry or microsoft. I have been trying to set up my dads email on his blackberry q10 and i had this issue previously on his 9220. I dont know whats the problem because i used my email and it worked so it seems to be something blocking the email from being set up. can anyone help please?

    It's possible there's a problem with the e-mail account servers. You might want to wait a bit and try again. You didn't specify the type of e-mail service (IMAP, POP3, etc.), so it's difficult to give a more specific answer.
