I know this has been beaten senseless, but too many folks say it can be done for me to give up yet. My phone is unlocked, TMO has switched my data plan to BIS, I have downloaded and installed service books, I've tried several APN addresses, I've made the recommended Engineering Screen changes (except cannot ping), I'm set for 2G & 3G. Before someone says switch to a 9900, I need CDMA capability for more than half the year where I can only access VZ (why I bought the 9930). I've done the host routing table register request (but don't know how this is confirmed). I've done all these things numerous times, but still no access. Can anyone please get me on the right track? Thanks !!!!

Denise, thank you for your quick reply, and sorry my initial post was too long. I have already tried
epc.tmobile.com, but not the other since I'm not LTE. Also tried three APN's suggested by TMO,
    (wap.voicestream.com and internet2.voicestream.com and internet3.voicestream.com) without
any success. Problem must be somewhere else, and I'm hoping for more clues. Thanks!
