Why can't I access my YouTube account on my Playbook?

I tried Origami and was able to log in via that browser but now even that doesnt work. Now its says " there is a problem signing you in", apparently my you tube and google are now not linked together but only on my playbook, on my laptop all is fine and ok. i used to love blackberry devices and used them extensively at work but now i really am truly disappointed, not because they have problems but because they dont even try to resolve the issues they encounter, and that people is unacceptable in this age of technology. Please someone find me an answer.
