Why can't I access email attachments (Passport, 10.3)?

I just got my Passport yesterday. I'm generally very satisfied, but there is one major annoyance. When my clients send me emails with attached documents, I am unable to access the attachments to view them on my phone. Any ideas?

Is the problem that they are not coming through to your phone? Or you see them but when you click on them they don't open?

I am not able to see the attachments on the phone. They are invisible... I expect better from a phone like the Passport. My Bold 9900 did not have this problem. For a business user like me = not acceptable.

Is there a setting I may have missed?

I would think that is something to do with your private email then. Just curious is it POP or IMAP?

POP right now.

Just reconfigured in Exchange. Same problem. I get the message but not the attachment. :( I am going to see my hoster tomorrow. I have four other accounts configured on the phone and the others display the attachments.
