    hi i have problem with the microphone of my Z10, i have tried all and seems worked after a reload now is not working again, the main thing is that work with voice control but people that call me is not able to hear me and for application like recorder is impossible activate the permits. what is wrong?

    It is a hardware issue.

    Replacing the mic is the only fix, but you can still use the phone with the included handsfree buds, a bluetooth, or setting it to speakerphone in the mean time.
