    It is paired properly the car sees the phone and vicversa it dials a number but will not connect

    If the setup is the same as OS7, go into options > networks and connections > bluetooth -- and then scroll down to services and make sure that everything is checked. If it works from there, then you can uncheck things and re-test if you like.

    I can't be sure that this is your issue, but I had several of the boxes unticked and that caused me trouble with my wife's new vehicle.
