    I'm trying to activate my enterprise account through microsoft 365 with credentials given by my IT guy at work.

    Im connected to wifi and have 3g on my phone as well but it gets stuck on contacting server and then says cannot connect please contact your administrator. I have been on the phone with blackberry and microsoft but the solutions they have given do not seem to work..help please?
